Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $99
- $9.99 flat rate on orders under $99
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high order volumes
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after processing
Total Delivery Time
- Orders typically arrive within 9–19 business days (including processing and shipping)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier details
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Orders
Lost Packages:
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@cuvalon.com. We will assist in locating your package or arranging a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Additional Information
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
