Refund policy
At Cuvalon, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality lighting and home essentials designed to elevate your space. Every order is carefully inspected before shipment, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure a clear and hassle-free experience.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@cuvalon.com.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be canceled or changed. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery.
Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
U.S. Orders Only:
We currently accept returns and exchanges for orders delivered within the United States only.
30-Day Return Window:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests outside this window will not be approved.
Item Condition:
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Include all included parts and instructions
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Orders shipped outside the U.S.
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
If There’s a Quality Issue:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cuvalon will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos.
If You Changed Your Mind:
For returns based on personal preference (style, size, etc.), customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including both the original shipping and return shipping.
5. Starting a Return
To begin a return:
- Email support@cuvalon.com with your order number and reason
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Package the item securely with your order details included
- Ship using a trackable carrier (we are not responsible for lost returns)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Refunds
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
7. Damaged or Defective Products
Visible Damage:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us right away.
Hidden Damage:
If damage is discovered after opening, notify us within 48 hours with photos of both the product and packaging.
We will work with you to arrange either a replacement or a refund.
8. 2-Year Product Support
We stand behind the quality of Cuvalon products:
First Year:
If your product experiences a functional issue or manufacturing defect, we will provide replacement parts or a replacement item at no cost.
Second Year:
We continue to support you with discounted replacement parts or product upgrades through our extended support program.

9. Additional Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not due to a defect or error
- If the issue is due to our mistake, Cuvalon will cover all associated return shipping costs
